Retreat Times Retreats begin with dinner at 7.30pm on Friday evenings and conclude at 2.00pm on Sunday afternoons, unless otherwise marked. Guests are welcome to arrive earlier or stay later at an additional cost of $50 per night.
Retreat Bookings Please book in advance by sending us your registration details and $100 deposit. Bookings may be made by phone, fax, email or mail by using the registration form on the back of this program. Additional forms are available on gudhara.org.au. Full payment for retreats must be made 2 weeks prior to the retreat.
What is Included? Fees include twin share accommodation, organic vegetarian meals, retreat activities and access to facilities. meals All meals are vegetarian in accordance with our philosophy not to kill our friends and help save the environment. If you have any specific dietary requirements, please inform us on the registration form.
What to Bring? After we receive your registration form and payment, you will receive a confirmation letter advising of any special items required by the retreat facilitator. General items for retreats include warm clothing for our cool Southern Highland evenings, sunscreen, hat, and walking shoes for strolling around the property, swimmers and towel for summer, personal toiletries and medications, alarm clock, and other personal items such as meditation cushions and journals.
Drugs, Alcohol and Cigarettes No alcohol or illegal drugs are permitted at Gudhara. Cigarette smokers are encouraged to refrain from smoking at Gudhara, however, a specially designated smoking area is available for those who would like to smoke during their stay.
Mobile Phones Mobile phone coverage is poor, however, reception can be received at some places on the property if you need to make a phone call.
